The functions:

• Transparent inspection and parallel remote control of the operating field functions by the
  INDEX service center.
• Access to machine data
• Bi-directional transfer of data and program files
• Assessment of machine status including the connected periphery
• Access to error protocols of the diagnosis memory
• Access is password-protected and is only done when required and with the customer’s agreement

Requirement:

• Machine is prepared for teleservice analog (modem)
• Telephone connection directly at the machine

Teleservice ISDN
Requirement:

• Machine is prepared for teleservice ISDN (ISDN)
• Telephone connection directly at the machine

Teleservice Internet
Requirement:

• Machine is prepared for teleservice network
• Secure Internet connection via VPN
