With enquiries, we request that you indicate the material numbers of the desired products and the machine number. The material number can be found in the spare parts
documentation of the respective machine. Please address
more detailed or lengthy enquiries to us by fax.
Exchange parts
We also offer some high-quality sub-assemblies, which are worth repairing, in exchange.
When returning the defective article freight paid and in a repairable state within 14 weeks, we will make out a credit amounting to the value of the returned article. However, a credit note can only be issued when the INDEX return form is attached.
Conditions of delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the ‘Conditions for the Delivery of Tool Machines for Inland Transactions’ pursuant to VDW - 5002 of the ‘Verein Deutscher Werkzeugmaschinenfabriken e.V.’ (‘German Machine Tool Builders’ Association’) apply within the Federal Republic of Germany - and for export, the ORGALIME S 2000.
