The kinematics
The sliding headstock automatic TRAUB TNL12 is designed as a modular system. It can be suited exactly to the customers needs: a flexible turning center with two turrets for easy parts or with four tool systems for productive manufacturing of complex pieces. The decisive factor is not the multitude of variants, but the profit you make. You pay only for what you need.
View into the work area
Independently of the configuration, the TNL12 is very compact and thus can be integrated ideally in existing machine groups. Its working area can be accessed very well from both sides. Because of tool holders that are preset outside of the machine, the setup times are exceptionally short. Hereby, the patented tool mountings guarantee a precise positioning with repeating accuracy.
The extremely fast 64bit control unit TRAUB TX8i provides user-oriented software for the use, operation and optimization on the machine.
