V160G
Vertical turning machine with counter spindle

- Powerful motor spindles
- Space-saving through 90°-positioning of the X-axes of both spindles
- Large, ergonomic, and easily accessible work area
- More possibilities with up to 4 turrets
- Y/B-axis for angular and off center drilling and milling
- Flexible tooling area for specialized machining methods
- Easy linking of single machines
The modular building block system

You decide on the configuration of the machine. The clearly structured building block system offers the distinct advantage of incorporating exactly those functions into the machine that are necessary for your applications – not more, not less.
View into the work area

The V160G stands for maximum machining capabilities and simultaneous frontworking and backworking on a single machine due to the identically built main spindle and counter spindle. Complete machining - in a single clamping setup. The counter spindle of the V160G has been mounted below the tool carrier. The workpieces can now be picked up directly from the main spindle without any loss in precision and their machining completed on the rear side. You can maintain very narrow tolerances on both machining sides.
